Kri Zek LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”), registered in Delaware, USA, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data of users of the Altered Brilliance application and krizek.tech website.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly and telemetry data generated through app usage:
- Account Data: Name, email address, password authentication via Supabase Auth.
- Newsletter Contact Data: Email address, sign-up source, consent record, and confirmation status when you opt into The Brilliance.
- iOS Launch Interest: Email address, consent record, and confirmation status when you ask to receive Altered Brilliance for iOS launch updates.
- Profile Data: Selected archetype, goals, reflection notes, and journal logs.
- Gaming Telemetry & Biometrics: Session game titles, duration, intensity ratings, focus duration, and biometric heart-rate variability (HRV) sync data for tGiX index calculation.
- Game Intelligence Data: Prompts, assistant responses, conversation titles and history, plus the factored account context used for a response, which may include Gamer Index values, progression, archetype, game library, recent sessions, and recent completed focus sessions.
- Experience Preferences: Your selected Easy or Pro interface mode and whether related product education has been acknowledged.
- Technical Data: Device hardware type, OS version, IP address, crash logs.
2. How We Use Your Information
We process your information to: (1) calculate your 8-dimensional tGiX (TM) profile; (2) generate personalized AI insights, conversational Game Intelligence responses, Gaming Journey Summaries, and Focus Primers; (3) save and synchronize conversation threads and experience preferences across signed-in devices; (4) maintain cloud backup synchronization; (5) improve application stability; and (6) send requested, confirmed newsletter or product-launch updates.
3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Processors
We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal or biometric data to third-party advertisers. Data is processed securely through audited third-party service providers:
- Supabase: Encrypted PostgreSQL database hosting with Row-Level Security (RLS).
- OpenRouter and allow-listed model providers: Authenticated Game Intelligence requests are routed through a Supabase Edge Function to approved models, currently including Google Gemini 2.5 Flash and GPT-4o mini. The request may include the conversation and factored player context required to produce the response.
- RevenueCat: Secure mobile app store subscription validation.
- PostHog: Privacy-compliant product analytics.
4. Data Retention & Account Deletion
Game Intelligence threads are stored in Supabase under user-scoped Row-Level Security and can be deleted individually or together from the in-app conversation drawer. Your remaining account data is retained for as long as your account remains active. You may request permanent deletion of your account and associated telemetry data at any time through the in-app settings menu or by emailing [email protected] with the subject line “Delete My Account”. Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
You can withdraw from The Brilliance at any time by contacting [email protected]. A one-click unsubscribe workflow is a required part of the newsletter delivery integration before production activation. We retain only the information needed to honour the request and maintain the consent record.
