These Terms of Use describe access to Kri Zek Website and Ecosystem supplied by Kri Zek LLC (Kri Zek, we, our or us). They apply to the extent validly agreed through the applicable service or contract process. Publication alone does not record your acceptance, transfer ownership or replace mandatory legal rights.
An applicable signed order, license, statement of work, research brief or platform purchase term controls its specific scope where it expressly conflicts. Separate third-party and prior grants continue to apply. These terms do not retroactively relicense previously supplied material.
You must be at least 13 and have the legal capacity or required guardian authorization to use the service. Product, platform, territory and program requirements may be stricter. Organizational users must have authority for their organization.
Subject to a valid applicable agreement, Kri Zek permits non-exclusive use of the supplied service or software for its documented purpose and access scope. No ownership transfer is made. Preview access may be limited or withdrawn subject to applicable law and existing commitments.
No blanket source-code, model-weight, training-data, trademark, redistribution or sublicensing grant is made by these notices. Existing open-source, third-party, previously granted and mandatory statutory rights are preserved and are not narrowed by these restrictions.
Availability: Public website and enabled ecosystem surfaces. Separate app terms, platform terms and written agreements may apply.
Do not violate law or third-party rights, submit information without authority, impersonate others, conduct covert surveillance, introduce malware, interfere with services or bypass access controls. Restrictions on reverse engineering, research, interoperability or reuse apply only to the extent allowed by law and do not override an applicable independent license. Report security issues responsibly through our contact address.
You retain rights you hold in submitted content. You authorize only the hosting, processing, reproduction and transmission needed for requested features, intentional publication, security and lawful obligations. You are responsible for permissions, accuracy, backups and downstream review. This is not an assignment of your ownership or an unrestricted license to your private material.
Kri Zek and relevant licensors retain their respective rights in material they lawfully own or license. These terms do not establish chain of title, patentability, registration, trade-secret status or ownership of every repository or contribution. Third-party licenses, copyright notices, prior permissions and mandatory exceptions remain effective; public repository visibility alone does not establish a source-code license.
Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable and require human review, testing and rights clearance. No exclusive rights in generated material or absence of third-party claims is guaranteed.

Connected platforms, providers, app stores, libraries, datasets, media and extensions have their own terms and availability.
