Arzenal brings daily rhythm, focused work, supplement context, and understandable metrics into one local-first Android companion.

Arzenal starts with the details you already manage: what you take, when you intend to take it, how a routine holds up, and how a day feels. Local storage remains the source of truth, so the practical parts of the product remain available offline.

Inventory, recurring stacks, reminders, check-ins, and period summaries are designed as readable personal records—not as a prescription engine or a black-box health score.
Each surface reflects an implemented product workflow. They remain informational and user-directed—not clinical recommendations.
Add supplements and drinks manually, from supported barcode lookups, or through an explicit label-scan flow with confirmation before anything becomes part of inventory.
Create morning, training, evening, and night routines from scratch or templates, then log taken, skipped, and check-in context without losing the record of the plan.
Run local focus sessions with tasks, tags, voluntary distraction logging, and a post-session review. Arzenal does not monitor device activity or infer concentration in the background.
Use an opt-in timer and personal check-ins to organize a fast. Phase language is educational estimation only—not a measurement of metabolism or a reason to change prescribed care.
Log sleep locally or read compatible sleep context through an optional, read-only Health Connect bridge. Manual records and imported device data remain intentionally distinct.
Optional AI convenience is constrained to an explicit action and a compact snapshot of your own records. Deterministic safety signals and package labels remain the authority for sensitive details.
Arzenal's Human Index is a versioned, local personal-trend calculation. It makes coverage, confidence, and missing signals visible—and can remain unavailable when the record is too thin.

The Human Index is not a medical score, diagnosis, prognosis, or measure of human worth.
The current result is calculated from authorized and user-entered signals on the device; it is not sent to the AI layer or written to a cloud health-summary backup.
Absent data stays absent. A score is withheld rather than manufactured from a gap in coverage.
Arzenal uses consent and scope as product constraints. The app is designed to make the limits of each data path understandable before a person opts in.
Inventory, routines, focus sessions, manual sleep, fasting records, and deterministic safety context stay local-first.
Android Health Connect reads are permission-gated and read-only. Arzenal does not write records back to Health Connect.
Authenticated cloud backup is separate and default-off. It is limited to daily summaries; raw device samples, source details, notes, and the Human Index stay out of that backup.
Move from focused work to supplement context and legible metrics without turning your personal record into a black box.

Arzenal offers educational organization, self-reflection, and deterministic safety context. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or replace professional medical advice. Product labels, medication questions, changing symptoms, and personal health decisions belong with a qualified healthcare professional.
Fasting phases and caffeine timing are broad educational estimates, not measurements. The Human Index is a product-defined personal trend, not a medical or human-value score. These boundaries are kept visible because a confident interface should never overstate what it knows.
