Kri Zek LLC (“Kri Zek,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how information is handled when you access or use Altered Brilliance, its website surface, previews, integrations, support, and related services.

By using the service, you acknowledge this policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Product interfaces and a signed enterprise or research agreement may provide additional notices that control for their specific processing.

1. Information covered

• Account and profile information
• Reflection notes, intentions, journal entries, game-library context, session logs, mood and focus ratings
• Gamer Index values, progression, archetype, recent sessions, and conversation history
• Device, operating-system, IP, crash, analytics, and subscription-validation data

We also receive information you choose to provide through access requests, support, surveys, research, purchases, newsletters, developer programs, or other direct communications.

2. How information is used

• Provide, secure, personalize, synchronize, and support the service.
• Perform requested analysis, generation, validation, delivery, transactions, or integrations.
• Detect abuse, investigate incidents, maintain reliability, and enforce applicable terms.
• Measure aggregate performance and improve features, documentation, accessibility, and safety.
• Comply with law, exercise legal rights, and honor valid user requests.

3. Processing boundaries and providers

• Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and row-level access controls
• Google Gemini through approved server-side routes for selected AI features
• RevenueCat and mobile app stores for subscription validation
• IGDB for game search and cover art
• Expo for requested notifications
• PostHog for product analytics

We do not sell personal information. We do not disclose personal or biometric information to third-party advertisers. Providers receive only the information reasonably required for their role and are subject to contractual or platform safeguards where applicable.

4. Product-specific boundary

Altered Brilliance is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

Android production service, with other platforms offered only where expressly announced.

5. Legal bases and your choices

Depending on location and context, processing relies on performance of a contract, consent, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, or compliance with law. You may withdraw optional consent, disconnect integrations, change device permissions, unsubscribe from communications, or stop using a preview. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain information only while needed for the purposes above, an active account or agreement, security and audit requirements, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. Local-only records remain on your device unless you enable synchronization. To request access, correction, export, or deletion, email [email protected]. We may verify identity before acting.

7. Security

We use proportionate administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encrypted transport, access controls, secret management, and scoped permissions. No system is completely secure. Keep credentials private, maintain backups where relevant, and report suspected incidents promptly.

8. Children

Consumer services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without legally valid authorization. Contact us if you believe such information has been provided.

9. International processing

Kri Zek is based in the United States. Information may be processed in countries where Kri Zek or approved providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate transfer safeguards and honor applicable privacy rights.

10. Changes

We may revise this policy as the service, providers, or law changes. The effective date and version identify the current notice. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate service or contact channel.
