Is contribution required to use the PC Module?

No. Training contribution is a separate opt-in program. The planned Developer Mode control can be turned off, and ordinary PC Module access will not depend on enrollment.

Is this feature live today?

The public program specification is live. The dedicated PC Module enrollment control and production contribution intake are still being implemented and should not be treated as available until a release explicitly says so.

Will you upload my gameplay video or microphone audio?

Not through the standard contribution path. The planned default is normalized gameplay and session evidence, not raw screenshots, video, microphone audio, keystroke content, chat, or unrelated desktop activity. Any future multimodal study would require a separate, specific opt-in.

What does anonymous mean here?

The program is designed to remove direct identifiers from training contributions and separate contribution records from account identity. Operational systems may still use short-lived or pseudonymous identifiers for consent, security, deletion, and abuse prevention, so the program will describe those boundaries plainly rather than promise impossible anonymity.

The planned controls include turning contribution off at any time and requesting deletion where a contribution can still be associated with its revocation record. Data already incorporated into a trained aggregate model may not be individually extractable; enrollment terms will explain that limit before collection begins.
