Terms of Use

These Terms of Use form a binding agreement between you and Kri Zek LLC (“Kri Zek,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) for access to and use of Majestic Engine, its website surface, previews, integrations, software, content, support, and related services.

By using the service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the service. A signed order, license, statement of work, developer agreement, research brief, or platform purchase term controls if it expressly conflicts with these Terms.

1. Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 13 and legally able to enter this agreement. If you act for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it. Additional age, guardian, territory, platform, or program requirements may apply.

2. Limited right to use

Subject to these Terms, Kri Zek grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its documented purpose. No ownership transfers. Preview and beta access may be restricted, changed, suspended, or withdrawn.

3. Product-specific conditions

• Developers are responsible for rights to project content, third-party libraries, assets, distribution, ratings, privacy, and platform compliance.
• Packaging validates and stages supplied project material; it does not guarantee a signed, secure, performant, or commercially compliant release.
• Beta APIs, formats, and behavior may change, subject to compatibility commitments stated for a build.

Availability: Windows-first beta; 2D is the supported production path and 3D remains experimental unless stated otherwise.

4. Acceptable use

You may not break law; infringe rights; submit data without authority; bypass security, licenses, paywalls, safety controls, or rate limits; introduce malware; interfere with operation; scrape or extract protected material; impersonate others; conduct covert surveillance; or use the service to facilitate harm. Security research requires prior written authorization.

5. Your content and responsibilities

You retain ownership of content you lawfully provide. You grant Kri Zek a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit it only as needed to operate requested features, secure the service, and satisfy law. You remain responsible for permissions, accuracy, backups, review, and downstream use.

6. Kri Zek intellectual property

The service, source code, models, algorithms, interfaces, documentation, designs, media, datasets, evaluations, trademarks, and related technology are owned by Kri Zek or its licensors. This includes tGiX (TM), Codename-TGX1, Majestic Helios, Majestic Engine, Altered Brilliance, GamePilot, Arzenal, proprietary taxonomies, and associated systems.

7. AI, analytics, and generated output

Automated and analytical outputs are probabilistic or contextual and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You must apply human judgment and appropriate testing. Majestic Engine is beta software and is not designed for safety-critical, life-critical, or regulated control systems.

8. Third-party services

Third-party platforms, stores, repositories, models, libraries, payment services, data sources, or integrations are governed by their own terms. Kri Zek is not responsible for third-party availability, content, changes, or independent processing.

9. Beta services and changes

Preview, beta, experimental, and research features may contain defects, change without notice, lose data, or be discontinued. Back up important material. We may modify, suspend, or remove features and may impose reasonable usage, security, or eligibility limits.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” KRI ZEK DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KRI ZEK WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, GOODWILL, BUSINESS, OR OPPORTUNITY. ANY DIRECT LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID KRI ZEK FOR THE AFFECTED SERVICE DURING THE PRECEDING TWELVE MONTHS, OR US$100 IF YOU PAID NOTHING, EXCEPT WHERE LAW PROHIBITS THAT LIMIT.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, unlawful use, nonpayment, discontinuation, or legal requirement. Provisions that should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms, remain effective.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Delaware law, without regard to conflict rules. Before filing a claim, contact us and allow 30 days for informal resolution. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, disputes will be resolved individually through binding arbitration or an eligible small-claims court, and not as a class or representative action.

14. Changes and entire agreement

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where law permits. These Terms and any controlling written product agreement are the entire agreement for the service and supersede prior informal statements about it.
