IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE APP AND MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the App and Website are our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the App, as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein, are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us.

Specifically, our proprietary methods—including tGiX™ (The Gamer Index), Codename-TGX1, the Archetype System, and the Alteration Framework—are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

2. User Representations

By using the App, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms of Use; (3) you are not under the age of 13; and (4) your use of the App will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription tiers include Premium and Ultra Gamer. All billing is processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancellations and refund requests must be managed directly through your mobile app store settings.

4. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Disclaimer

AI insights, weekly summaries, and focus primers are powered by Google Gemini and our proprietary Codename-TGX1 SLM. These insights are provided for educational and self-reflection purposes only and do not guarantee specific real-world outcomes or career advancement.

5. Medical and Wellness Disclaimer

Features such as Zen Mode and Focus Sessions are non-clinical self-help tools. Altered Brilliance is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental or physical medical condition. Always consult a qualified health provider with any health questions.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Use and your use of the App are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
